- Please note, a re-delivery fee may be applicable if you are not home. Some orders are shipped as "Authority to leave" carton. If you will not be home, please advise an alternative address.

- Free local pick up is available for KidKraft products. Pick up is available in Botany, NSW (Mon-Fri 9.30am - 3.30pm).
- For website orders please choose local pick up as your delivery method. For orders please contact us if you wish to pick up your order.
- Details and addresses will not be released until your order is ready for collection. This is to protect the privacy of our suppliers.
- Your order will be ready for collection approx. 1-2 business days after payment has been received.
Warranty
We do not offer returns on change of mind or incorrect purchases. We offer a 90 day replacement parts warranty on damaged or missing parts for KidKraft products. Products that are deemed a major fault can be returned for a full refund however each case is looked at on a case to case scenario.
